Roland Beason was admitted to the Alabama Bar on September 30, 1999.

Roland Beason is a 1995 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Auburn University and a 1999 cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law where he was a senior editor of the Law Review.

What is the focus of your firm?

People struggling with debt generally feel like they have no one to talk to. What is your prior work experience?

I was a litigator with the law firm of Gladden & Sinor, PC.  I own several small businesses, and I am a real estate broker.  Additionally, I have served in the United States Army as an infantry officer.

What is your opinion regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

Everyone should educate themselves on the law, and the internet is a great place to start.  Eventually, most clients will get to a point where they really need to take the next step and talk to an attorney to insure they receive their discharge timely and without mistakes.
